Protein Shake of the Month

Here at Beverly we’re always getting calls asking for protein recipes. We’ve put our heads together here at the headquarters, as well as collected recipes from our loyal Beverly disciples, and compiled a list of mouth watering, easy to make recipes.

Most of the recipes will work with Muscle Provider, Ultimate Muscle Protein, Ultra Size or Mass Maker. If a particular protein works best, it’s listed in the recipe.
Choose the protein powder that works for your personal goals. If more calories are needed, 1-2 tbsp heavy whipping cream may be added. If fewer calories are needed, heavy whipping cream may be omitted or the recipe may be cut in half. Blend shakes in a blender or in a shaker bottle.


Berry Protein Smoothie
2 scoops vanilla Beverly protein powder
4 strawberries, ¼ cup mixed berries or ½ cup blueberries
1-2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
4-5 ice cubes
12-16 oz water
