6 scoops vanilla Beverly Ultra Size
8 egg whites
1 cup water
Optional: Chopped apples, berries, peaches, bananas, cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour mixed ingredients into a muffin pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake until golden brown; about 30 minutes.
8 oz milk or half and half
Blend all ingredients in a blender for about a minute. Recipe may be doubled for more calories.
